Madeira Community Commitment
Madeira has made an unprecedented commitment to the Elk Grove Community. For every home sold, Madeira will donate $200 to the Elk Grove Foundation, which provides educational scholarships to Elk Grove youth. Madeira’s dedication to education is expected to translate into approximately $1.4 million over the build-out of the community.
Schools:
The Elk Grove Unified School District (EGUSD) boasts a reputation for being one of the best districts in the state! EGUSD students regularly score above the state average as a whole. Local institutions of higher learning offer programs for most undergraduate and graduate degrees, and several cater directly to the business community. This is reflected in our city, which offers a well-educated community and labor force.
Unlike most master planned communities, Madeira is scheduled to have many of the “finishing touches” underway when homeowners move in. This includes a 76-acre brand new middle and high-school complex with a target enrollment of over 2,200 9th-12th graders and 1,200 7th and 8th graders. A total of 109 acres of schools are planned at Madeira.
