Green Living is Easy at Madeira

It is easy to live green at Madeira because of its abundant, beautifully and innovatively designed parks. In fact, Madeira will feature more than double the amount of parkland and open space — more than 230 acres — for a typical community in Elk Grove and the amenities in these parks are extraordinary.

The parks of Madeira are just one ways that we will bring you and your new neighbors together through an innovative network that includes the parks, parkways, paseos, inviting public spaces, community centers, shopping centers and restaurants. All of these amenities will be linked via a 150-foot wide, lushly landscaped grand paseo and a network of walking and biking trails. You'll see that this community's parks and landscaping defines Madeira as much as the homes.

Seven themed neighborhood parks that will cater to different ages of Madeira residents are planned to be built within the first phase of the community's evolution. Some of the parks were started before the construction of the first homes so residents can enjoy them right away.
